    • Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail after your online registration.
  • Payment Status (Check on ‘My Page’)
    • You can check your payment status on your ‘My Page’

      Payment needed Payment has not been made yet. (Your wire transfer payment is being confirmed.)

      Completed Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

    • Payment Status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Completed’ within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
  • Confirmation of Registration
    • Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
    • After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’

※ Trainee Verification Documents

  • There is no designated form. Please submit a letter of recommendation for registration signed by the Head of the Neurology Department or the head of your institution to kna1982@neuro.or.kr
  • Please note that CME credits will not be awarded for trainee registration.

Payment method

1) Credit Card

  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
  • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

2) Bank Transfer(계좌 이체, Korean Only)

  • 아래 계좌로 등록비 입금을 부탁드립니다.
  • 등록비 입금자명은 사전등록자 이름과 동일하여야 합니다.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation until October 18, 2026 100% Refund
Cancellation from October 19 to November 25, 2026 50% Refund
Cancellation after November 26, 2026 No Refund
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through the ICKNA 2026 website.
  • All refunds will be made after the congress.
  • All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
  • Please refer to the above cut off dates for cancellation.
  • For further inquiries regarding refunds, please contact the ICKNA 2026 Secretariat (info@ickna.or.kr).

ICKNA 2026 Travel Grant

  • Applicants must be under the age of 45 and must have completed registration and abstract submission.
  • A travel grant of USD 500 will be awarded to selected participants through the congress review process.
  • Supporting documents may be requested for verification.
